Welcome to AM Property Management System ("AM PMS"), accessible via pms.anymore.one. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our software, services, and website. By registering, accessing, or using AM PMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Software" / "Platform" refers to AM Property Management System.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform, including owners, managers, tenants, and maintainers.
  • "Company" refers to the owner and operator of AM PMS.
  • "Subscription" refers to any paid or free plan offered by AM PMS.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Platform. By using AM PMS, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • AM PMS offers monthly, yearly, and custom-period subscription plans.
  • Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Feature availability may vary based on the selected subscription plan.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify pricing or plans with prior notice.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful property management purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Misuse or abuse system resources.

6. Data Responsibility

  • Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system.
  • AM PMS does not verify tenant, owner, or agreement data.
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data where required.

7. Agreements & Legal Compliance

  • The Agreement Module is provided for management convenience only.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and authorities (including but not limited to Ejari, RERA, or local tenancy regulations).
  • AM PMS is not responsible for legal disputes between users and tenants.

8. User Roles & Permissions

  • The Platform allows role-based access control.
  • Account owners are responsible for assigning and managing user permissions.
  • AM PMS is not liable for misuse arising from incorrect role assignments.

9. Security & 2-Factor Authentication

  • AM PMS implements security measures including optional 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).
  • Users are encouraged to enable 2FA for enhanced account security.
  • The Company is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

10. System Availability & Support

  • We aim to provide high system availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
  • Support services are provided based on your subscription plan.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All software, content, trademarks, and logos are the property of the Company.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the Software.

12. Termination & Suspension

  • The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time; access will remain until the end of the billing period.
  • Upon termination, access to the Platform may be restricted.

13. Limitation of Liability

AM PMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AM PMS from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
